1. Introduction

This document provides a detailed guide on how to use the authentication page for signing in to the system. Users need to enter their credentials to access their accounts.

2. Accessing the Login Page

To access the authentication page:

  1. Open a web browser.

  2. Enter the URL of the application.

  3. The login page will be displayed.

3. Fields and Features

The authentication page consists of the following fields and options:

a. Username Field

  • Enter your registered username.

  • This field is mandatory.

b. Password Field

  • Enter your password.

  • Click on the eye icon to show or hide the password.

  • This field is mandatory.

c. Account Field

  • Select or enter the account information.

d. Language Dropdown

  • Choose the preferred language from the dropdown menu.

e. Remember Me Checkbox

  • Select this option to stay logged in for future visits.

f. Theme Selection

  • Toggle between light and dark mode using the sun and moon icons.

g. Login Button

  • Click the Login button after entering credentials to sign in.

h. Forgot Password Link

  • Click Forgot password? to reset your password if needed.

i. Version Information

  • Displays the current version of the system at the bottom.

4. Logging In

To log in:

  1. Enter your Username.

  2. Enter your Password.

  3. Provide the Account details (if required).

  4. Select a Language.

  5. Click on Remember Me if you want to save your login credentials.

  6. Click the Login button.

If the entered credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the application dashboard.

5. Forgot Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Click on the Forgot password? link.

  2. Enter your registered email address to receive a reset link.

  3. Check your registered email for the reset link.

  4. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

  5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email.

  6. Create a new password and log in again.

  • If you receive an "Invalid Username or Password" message, ensure that:

    • You have entered the correct credentials.

    • Caps Lock is off while entering the password.

    • Your internet connection is stable.

  • If you are unable to log in, contact the system administrator for support.
